The homeowner, originally from Hong Kong, bought an apartment in Penang as a vacation home. Given her dynamic lifestyle and frequent travels, we adopted a flexible "Colour-Defined Chic" design, using bold colours like black, white, and grey with accents of yellow, blue, and green.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas focus on simplicity and functionality, using black walls contrasted with vibrant furniture. The study was opened up to create an interactive space with black bookshelves, while the master bedroom combines comfort and luxury with minimalist lighting effects and ample storage.

This adaptable style allows the homeowner to update decor freely over time without losing the design’s harmony.
